Cushing forceps are lightweight thumb forceps used on delicate tissue. Cushing forceps have very narrow tips and are useful in small surgical areas. Forceps have 1:2 teeth for securely grasping the tissue and the stop peg prevents an over harsh grasping that may crush the tissue.
