The scissors offer superior visibility, approach angle, and cutting control in situations where straight-shafted instruments are limited by surrounding anatomy or restricted access corridors.

Clinical Usage:
The 11.5 cm Angled Spencer Stitch Scissors are particularly valuable in oral surgery, periodontics, and implantology, where direct straight-line access to sutures is obstructed by adjacent teeth, soft tissue folds, or bony anatomy. They are ideally suited for suture removal in posterior and molar regions, palatal surgical sites, lingual flap procedures, deep periodontal pockets, and implant sites in the posterior maxilla or mandible.
