DENTIFY® Hemingway Bone Curette 2.4mm is used for bone curettage and debridement during oral procedures. It has a small 2.4mm spoon-shaped working end that allows to remove granulation tissue, cystic remnants, and infected debris from extraction sockets and bone cavities.
Black titanium coating reduces glare, improves contrast against soft tissues, and provides clear visibility during procedures. The coating increases surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
Clinical Uses:
- Extraction socket debridement removes granulation tissue, necrotic bone, and debris to support clean, complication-free healing
- Periapical curettage cleans infected tissue following root-end resection to encourage healthy bone regeneration
- Cyst and lesion enucleation removes cystic tissue from bony cavities with minimal trauma to surrounding structures
- Alveolar bone contouring smooths irregular bone margins after extractions for improved soft tissue healing
- Implant site preparation clears residual soft tissue and bone fragments before implant placement
