Dual-cutting-edge at 90 degrees to the lower shank, the Barnhart 5/6 pattern features slightly shorter working blades paired with rigid, extended shank angles compared to the 1/2 pattern. This provides optimal access, maneuverability, and leverage when reaching tight interproximal surfaces and deep molar pockets without causing tissue trauma.
Working Tip: Universal configuration with dual parallel cutting edges and a rounded toe profile per blade.
